(m/s/c: Boritz/Brookes) “Motion to accept the minutes of the March 12, 2013 meeting.” The motion passed unanimously.
(m/s/c: Barczak/Crick Owen) “Motion to approve a one year waiver for Newtown Youth Basketball Association and to provide the high school gym for their league from April 2013 – June 2013. If NYBA is cancelled out of the high school for any reason no make-up games will be played.” The motion passed unanimously.
(m/s/c Barczak/DiNicole) “Motion to approve all Tournament requests received as of April 9, 2013.” The motion passed unanimously.
(m/s/c: Barczak/Brookes) “Motion to adjourn.” The motion passed unanimously.
